 Hiring: Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) – REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and optimize a large Agile Release Train (ART) with dependencies across other ARTs. This strategic role will focus on aligning teams, stakeholders, and processes to deliver value at scale while driving continuous improvement in Agile practices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Agile Release Train (ART): Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and more.Program Execution: Oversee delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between ART and senior leadership, providing transparency and driving alignment.Process Optimization: Coach teams on SAFe and Agile principles, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements:Experience:7+ years in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban); 3+ years as a senior/lead RTE.Banking or financial industry experience preferred.Proven success leading large ARTs with complex dependencies.
Certifications:SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe RTE required.Scrum certifications (CSM) highly desirable.
Skills:Deep knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).
