logoRESPONSIBILITIES:Business partner to commercial, operational, and administrative functions to drive value creationAnalyze the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow and report the results through management discussion and analysis documentation, and monthly meetingsPrepare forecasts and annual budgets for the global organizationMaintain KPI’s and business metrics weekly and monthlyIdentify problems and action improvement initiatives from start to completionWork with operating sites to find cost savings, efficiency improvements, and implement growth opportunitiesBuild, analyze, and assess customer and product level profitability analysis to highlight and action margin improvement and growth strategiesAssist with optimizing profitability and working capital while educating the business on understanding the financials and how to impact the financials with actionPrepare Board of Directors, bank, and company communication presentationsPrepare capital and investment decision analysis to evaluate the ROI and paybackInvolvement in merger and acquisition valuation, diligence, and integrationPrepare and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives in finance, including developing more effective ways to evaluate the business and resultsEstablish data mining and automation techniques and systems that enable more efficient analysisFinancial modeling of scenarios to make data driven decisionsInvolvement with the Oracle system implementationPrepare and review journal entries for month-end close, including financial statement reviews and flux analysisParticipate in special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s and or master’s in finance or advanced degree, and 35 years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis roleExpertise or previous experience in manufacturing a plusAdvanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills, to analyze and assess the health of the business and action financial resultsProject Management and People Management experience, comfortable with change and driving changeExperience and desire to create, build, and grow an organizationPositive, hardworking, analytical, strategic thinker, and business partnerAbility to manage competing priorities and manage up, down, and across for greater focus and resultsDesire to get into the details and ability to present findings and recommendationsComfortable working in a fast-paced organization
