Job Overview

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting a bright and organized professional to join a top DC law firm! The Administrative Assistant will support the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion team, coordinate event and program logistics, and support the firm’s D&I initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an individual with at least one year of law firm experience to join a collaborative D&I team!
Responsibilities Include:Assist with programs and eventsTrack firm sponsorships and partnershipsMonitor the team inbox and update the calendarAssist with the budget, track expenses and invoicesTake meeting notes and distribute themAssist with special projects
Qualifications Include: Bachelor’s Degree1+ years of administrative experience in a law firm environment requiredProficient in MS Office SuiteProfessional communication skillsAbility to collaborate with a variety of teamsStrong organizational and attention to detail
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
