AI Developer (Python, LLM, GPT, Prompt Engineering) – REMOTE

Job Overview

TrueNorth are working with a growing fintech that are looking for an AI engineer to join the team during an exciting period of innovation for the organisation. You’ll be working on internal applications of AI from development through to AI evangelism and working with the business on leveraging AI for their day to day work.
You will be responsible for:Designing and developing AI solutions and leveraging tools around LLMs and GenAIPrompt engineering and optimisationAutomation of repetitive tasksSolving real world business challenges by leveraging AI
Key skills and experience required:PythonExperience of building LLM based solutionsExperience of applying LLMs and Gen AI frameworks to real world problemsHave worked in cloud based enviroments (AWS or Azure)Have commercial examples of leveraging AI to solve business problemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management / engagement
We have a salary of up to £45k plus benefits – there is excellent learning and development opportunities here, you’ll be given a software engineering mentor from day one to improve you skills and knowledge in any development areas.
The role is to be based hybrid working (2 days per week) from their Newcastle upon Tyne offices.
