Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI/Machine Learning Engineer:- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models to address business challenges- Prepare and analyze datasets, and implement algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals- Deploy models to production environments, monitor their performance, and make necessary improvements- Document processes, ensure compliance with ethical standards, and implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and model retraining
Required Skills for AI/Machine Learning Engineer:- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn- Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for deploying ML models- Expertise in using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, RMSE, or AUC-ROC for performance evaluation
