Quintrix is seeking engineers interested in upskilling to the dynamic field of AI and Machine Learning. This opportunity is for our client, a prestigious institution in higher education, business, and technology. Selected candidates will undergo a 4-week online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week), conducted after business hours. Candidates who complete the training will receive a $500 stipend. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring AI Prompt Engineers to gain valuable skills and experience.

Prerequisite• knowledge of Python and APIs like OpenAI or Hugging Face, etc.• Knowledge of AI/ML: Familiarity with AI concepts, especially language models like GPT, Claude, and their workings.• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of linguistics and semantics to craft precise prompts.• Ability to evaluate AI output and optimize model performance.• At least two years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.• 3.0 GPA or higher.• Excellent creative, analytical and critical thinking skills.• Good written and oral communication skills.• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.• Candidates should be willing to work out of Boston.• Candidates should be willing to work outside of regularly scheduled hours (like early mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday breaks, required occasionally).
