Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics & Performance Responsible to lead insights generation, financial modeling, and market intelligence to support strategic decisions within the OXXO PAY and Spin [Flywheel] ecosystem. This role is key to unlocking growth opportunities by turning data into actionable insights, evaluating business cases, and ensuring the commercial organization has the tools to execute with precision.

The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical foundation with a deep understanding of the e-commerce and payments industry. This person will play a strategic role in helping the business identify emerging trends, prioritize opportunities, and track performance metrics across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain financial models and business cases to evaluate new product initiatives, partnerships, and GTM strategies.Develop dashboards and performance tracking frameworks for key commercial initiatives, including cash-in, cash-out, loyalty integrations & Flywheel componentsPartner with the GTM and Business Development teams to validate market assumptions, TAM/SAM/SOM, and pricing benchmarks.Analyze industry trends and competitive benchmarks in e-commerce, digital payments, and fintech across Mexico and LATAM.Collaborate with product and finance teams to build revenue forecasts and investment cases.Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations that influence commercial decision-making.Support strategic planning and quarterly business reviews with key performance insights and projections.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, FP&A, or consulting roles, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or payments.Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Proven ability to build robust business cases and evaluate ROI across multiple commercial initiatives.Experience working with large datasets and creating performance measurement frameworks.Familiarity with industry KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn) and their application in GTM and strategic planning.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, data science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of the Mexican and LATAM e-commerce and fintech ecosystems.Experience working in high-growth or product-led organizations.Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., GCP, BigQuery).Comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with evolving priorities.MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
