We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works independently, and gets things done. This hybrid position is based in Lincolnwood, IL, and requires a mix of remote and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using .NET technologies.Work with .NET MAUI and .NET Blazor to create seamless cross-platform experiences.Develop and optimize database interactions with Azure SQL Server.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/MAUI/Blazor).Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.Experience working with Azure SQL Server.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based application development in Azure.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of mobile app development best practices.Location & Work Arrangement:Hybrid position based in Lincolnwood, IL.Combination of remote and on-site work.If you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with modern Microsoft technologies, we’d love to hear from you!
