We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales (Sales support) to join us at Honeywell Building Automation, in Warsaw, to work in a fast-paced environment, tasked with achieving challenging targets through a proactive and dedicated support to field sales team. The inside sales representative must be highly self-motivated to support team goals and targets utilizing telephony, email, virtual meeting tools (Microsoft Teams/Skype) and other remote media. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing tender specification for accounts and account managersSupporting customers and field sales in technical drawingsGenerating qualified leads for the organization and passing them to the field sales team Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customersCreating technical solutions accordingly to customer needs

Key Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems or automation or HVAC (must have).Excellent communication skills, Polish and English language knowledge (must have).CAD and Sales Force knowledge is an advantage.Proven operational and organizational competencies.Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace.
