Job Description:

ASSET InterTech creates software (ScanWorks BST) that tests hardware. We are looking for an Application Engineer Intern that can become proficient in both hardware and software. As a member of the Support team this position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to our US and international customers in the area of JTAG Boundary Scan Test (IEEE 1149.1) and ASSET’s ScanWorks Boundary-Scan Test (BST) software. Technical support will be provided to our customers by phone, web, email, and on occasion, on-site at the customer premise.

Interface with customers directly in order to resolve their technical issues.Collaborate with ASSET Development staff to resolve escalated technical issues.Conduct ScanWorks BST product demonstrations via web and on occasion, on-site at the customer premise.Create ScanWorks BST Device Models that are used for enhanced BST coverage and memory device programming.Other duties as assigned by management.
