Objectives of this roleUnderstand business and client challenges, and identify opportunities where AI capabilities can drive effective solutionsAnalyze, interpret, and clearly communicate AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while upholding high ethical standards
Main ResponsibilitiesParticipate in functional and process design activities, including scenario planning, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support proceduresDocument AI solution architecture, methodologies, and lessons learned during research, exploration, and incubation phasesAct as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals and user expectationsDesign, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance AI functionality and business valueCollaborate closely with data analysts and engineers to optimize AI models and improve overall performanceCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI model development, testing, deployment, and monitoringTest, validate, and continuously improve AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy in real-world applicationsStay up to date with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen the organization’s AI capabilitiesDesign, build, and test scalable AI solutions capable of processing large volumes of data and delivering actionable insightsEvaluate and refine models based on statistical analysis, data trends, and algorithmic performance metricsDemonstrate hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations and open models such as LLaMA, Mistral, and CodeGemma
Required skills and qualificationsMinimum two years of experience applying AI and ML in real-world, production-level technology solutionsProficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)Strong programming skills with Python; working knowledge of JavaScript, C++, and ReactExperience with container technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with WebUI development and integrationProficient in working with Postgres and Redis databasesExperience in program leadership, project governance, and change managementSolid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented and functional programming principles, and design best practicesExperience in REST API development, NoSQL database architecture, and RDBMS optimization
Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working with innovation accelerators or incubator environmentsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Knowledge of model versioning, MLOps pipelines, and deployment best practicesDemonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
