Numerator is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Analytics Engineer to join our Survey and Insights team. This team is responsible for interfacing with the product managers and developing the sophisticated reports within our homegrown SaaS platform. They are responsible for solving how to balance complicated volumes of data into a simple set of visual interactions, flows & outputs.
What You’ll Be Working On
Develop reports on top of our analytics platform, Numerator Insights, that will combine multiple data sets using Pandas and SQLAlchemy to answer business questions and uncover insights. Actively help our on-site consultants with questions about data and functionality of the analytics platform. Explore new paradigms and frameworks to help the Insights team accelerate implementation.
What You’ll Bring to Numerator
A minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience or equivalent educationExperience with Python, as well as Pandas or something similarExperience with relational databases, SQL and SQLAlchemy Knowledge of Airflow and task orchestration conceptsSolid understanding of django framework and FastApi
Nice to haves
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent coursework at undergraduate/graduate levelExperience in developing web applications using UI Frameworks such as ReactExperience with cloud computing technologies – AWS and SnowflakeExperience with best practices on CI/CD & Git based source controlBusiness analysis & delivery for projects with visualization is a differentiatorStrong eye for design quality and intuitive user experiences
