Probate litigation includes:
Estate fiduciary representationEstate interested party representationGuardianship representationAuxiliary probate matters (foreclosure defense, evictions, power of attorney representation)
We are also open to exploring other practice areas such as general litigation and personal injury, based on candidate’s experiences and interests.
