Drive Innovation: Build and maintain core features in L2L’s Django/Python codebase that support the Connected Worker platform.Elevate Customer Experience: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and practices—and apply them to enhance L2L’s platform and engineering processes.Bring Positive Energy: Actively participate in code reviews, team standups, and planning sessions to contribute to a strong, collaborative development culture.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain a Django application that leads the Connected Worker industryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirementsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeCollaborate daily with a talented team of engineers developing, reviewing, and improving the codebaseStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in Python-based software developmentProficiency in JavaScript and DjangoStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPKnowledge of DevOps practices and toolsFamiliarity with PostgreSQL

Preferred locations:

L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, we are looking for someone based in Utah.
