logoProject Description:We are seeking a skilled Automation Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our applications and video conferencing solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with latest prototypes and solutions, helping shape the future of user experiences. You’ll be engaged in manual and automated testing, cross-functional collaboration, and identifying key areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts for the application, our cloud-based device and space management software and services.2. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, to ensure clear communication and traceability of the testing process.3. Conduct comprehensive tests on all backend activities, closely monitor data processing to and from the cloud, and promptly identify and rectify potential issues or roadblocks.4. Execute tests to distinguish between hardware failures, firmware failures, and issues arising from the host or network environment, providing accurate and actionable reports to the team.5. Effectively identify, report, and monitor software defects using assigned tools. You’ll also work closely with the development team to track and ensure defects’ resolution.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality product delivery.7. Be ready to adapt and work on other projects as required.8. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI testing on Windows and macOS, ensuring consistent software performance.9. Design and sustain automated test scripts for Android-based devices.
Mandatory Skills Description:1. Be fluent in English and Polish languages2. The candidate must be located in Krakow3. Experience in cloud-based testing and automation, with strong proficiency in Selenium, RESTful APIs, Python, and Appium, along with familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript, to develop and maintain robust test frameworks.4. Automation and scripting experience on both PC and Mac.5. Strong understanding of functional and design patterns.6. Capability to set up and configure test systems for audio/video applications, providing insights for potential enhancements and improvements
