Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join a dynamic team focused on transforming data-driven processes through automation and advanced technology. This project involves creating innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance quality, and improve efficiency by integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend components to support automation and data processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy new features. Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance. Use DevOps tools to streamline deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines. Participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies to manage tasks and support team goals.

Experience

Profile / Requirements :

Minimum 5 years as a Backend Developer.

Technical Skills

Programming: Proficiency in Python, Flask, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and PySpark. Software Architecture: Familiarity with Docker, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.

Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum teams.

Language: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. Familiarity with automation and AI technologies is a plus.
