Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support financial products.Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in a high-availability environment.Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards.Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
Requirements3+ years of experience in backend development using languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile fintech environment.
