Backend Engineer – ON-SITE

Job Overview

Signify Technology has the pleasure of helping a core client to expand their Forward Deployed Engineering team.
They are a GenAI SaaS startup growing 250%+ YoY, servicing customers like Airbnb, John Deere, Verizon, Headspace, etc.
This is a high impact position best suited for software engineers who enjoy quick problem solving and seeing the immediate impact of their work as they architect customized solutions for customers.
Core Responsibilities: Own end-to-end implementation of solutions, including building custom integrations, designing workflows, and working with LLM pipelines.Work hands-on with customer technical teams to help them get the most out of the solution. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities based on customer pain points.Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in Python, often working directly with open-source LLM frameworks and data pipelines.
Core Requirements:3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML infrastructure.Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML tools and libraries Either prior customer facing experience OR desire to transition to a more customer facing position Exposure to GenAI / LLM technologies or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines is a strong plus.
