Key Responsibilities:Lead the transition to serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).Develop and optimize APIs, authentication, and RBAC/ABAC systems.Improve backend performance with efficient message queuing and in-memory databases.Ensure 100% test coverage and robust CI/CD pipelines.Mentor junior developers and help shape the engineering culture.Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, low-latency, fault-tolerant solutions.
Tech Stack:
Backend: NestJS, MongoDB, Prisma, AWS ECS, AWS Lambda.Frontend: NextJS, TailwindCSS, Vercel CI/CD.Data Science: Python, MongoDB.
About You:5+ years of backend development experience, particularly with Node/NestJS.Expertise with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.Strong understanding of NoSQL databases and distributed environments.Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.Passionate about writing clean, efficient code and fostering collaboration.Excellent communicator with a “document-first” approach.
