SNI Companies has partnered industry leading global company looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join their team! The person in this role is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k). The ideal candidate will be proactive and people-focused and will have a strong background in benefits administration.
This role will report to the Director of HR. The ideal candidate will be based in Jacksonville with the option of working a hybrid schedule once training has been completed.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and communicate various benefits and programs, apply relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day-to-day responsibilitiesProactively identify vendor programs that improve value and/or contain costAdminister timely and accurate billing in addition to monitoring and troubleshooting interface error reports to and from benefit vendorsParticipate in or lead benefit-related projects independently and in conjunction with other team membersProvides guidance to employees and HR on all benefit related questionsManage supplier life cycle including contracting, assessments, reporting and performance monitoringAssist in consolidating, monitoring, and projecting the benefits budget as neededUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications to stay on top of applicable legislation and maintain benefit and program compliance
Qualifications Required:Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administrationBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Finance, etc.)Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, ExcelStrong interpersonal/communications skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment, managing a variety of tasks simultaneously with efficiency, a large and diversified workload, and challenging situationsMust be detail-oriented and possess strong time management skillsSolid investigative and analytical skills sufficient to resolve problems and employee concernsHRIS system experience, including understanding of leave administration configuration and report writing.
