Most of your time will be spent embedded with and leading Blue Yonder TMS solutions, and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Blue Yonder TMS solutions. You will support EY, client and applicable software provider teams, as well as team with various EY groups with digital capabilities, to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our clients’ digital vision and strategy to life.

Supporting project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of a client’s project life cycleSupporting team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital and emerging technology consulting marketGaining technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platformsStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleaguesInteracting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Transportation1 or more years of related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management (logistics domain) or work experience in Logistics/Transportation Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate ideas, present findings, and explain recommendations to clients and team membersAbility to analyze data, understand business processes, and make data-driven recommendationsHaving a proactive approach to learning new concepts, tools, and methodologies that can be applied to solve business problemsKnowledge of business principles, logistics, transportation to understand and improve client businessesAbility to quickly adapt to new industries, business models, and cultural differences in various client environmentsAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Ideally, you’ll also have

Work experience with Blue Yonder TMSFamiliarity with business software, data analysis tools, and information technology (SQL, API, EDI) that can aid in consulting tasksCertifications and prior consulting experienceUnderstanding of project management principles to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
