Job Description:A financial services client is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience of Azure DevOps to manage requirements .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes across infrastructure and software solutions. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting system assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and IT systems. The Business Systems Analyst will also support the implementation of new systems and assist in troubleshooting and optimising existing systems.
Candidates need:
Experience of working with infrastructure teams especially within an azure, SAAS and Oracle environment
Extensive experience of Azure DevOps to manage requirements
Management of backlogs in Azure DevOps
Requirements reporting form DevOps (Highly advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholdersAnalyse current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvementCollaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement system solutionsDevelop and maintain detailed system documentationProvide user support and training on system featuresConduct data analysis to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
