Job Overview
Travel to Paris/Brussels a possibility every fortnight for 2 days at a time.
Scope of role:
(1) support global / local operations with testing and the roll-out of AI solution(2) support execution of the tasks in the plan (BA type work) and build reporting / status upto SteerCo level(3) support transitioning to the new operating model with the new Digital AI product innovation (Chat Bots – Customer facing solutions).
Skills:
appreciation of AI tools, the set up required and deployment to customer service functionsPlanning both waterfall and in sprints/agilebasic BA skills – process, comfortable with manipulation of basic data in XLS.stakeholder engagement /communication decent level powerpoint for status updates etc.has worked in a project that has deployed change to processes and the way people work (ideally customer service agents who now use AI to help them solve customer queries)
