Key ResponsibilitiesManage the intake of Customer Extract File requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.Enter Extract File requests into the Request System accurately.Perform balancing, verification, and audit trail creation for Extract File requests.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the extract platform as needed.Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal and external partners across multiple departments.Document and resolve specific customer issues, including over/under payments and setup challenges.Escalate setup and billing issues to the appropriate management levels.Coordinate with senior team members and supervisors to resolve invoice errors.Identify, track, and report trends, escalating issues as necessary.Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Warehouse environments.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong understanding of Self-Funded Billing and Healthcare industry data.Knowledge of Eligibility, Medical Claims, Pharmacy Claims, and Lab Results.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.2-5 years of experience in Billing, Finance, Operations, or Information Technology within the Healthcare industry.Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience working with large datasets to identify trends and insights.Must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the office in Philadelphia.
