James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for my fantastic client based in Cambridge. You will be involved in providing Business Analysis on a HR and Payroll system.

Main duties –
Deliver analysis for a People Processes & Systems specifically the hierarchy including division, team and role (otherwise referred to as supervisory Organisation) and how this is embedded into the core HR platform (Workday)Process mapping of People and Culture (P&C) activities and tasks for supervisory organisation including “As is” & “To Be”Detailed change requirements for Workday
You will be an experienced Business Analyst, have knowledge of Agile and BPMN Process mapping techniques along with Workday.

1 day a week in the offices
