ResponsibilitiesOver 8 years of experience as Business Analyst.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements.Data Analysis: Analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.Process Mapping: Create process flow diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.Project Support: Support project managers and senior analysts in project planning, execution, and monitoring.Experienced in Agile Delivery MethodologyProperty and Casualty Insurance Knowledge is plus but not mandatory.
