Job Overview

logoFor our client, a global leader in power and automation technologies, we are looking for an experience Business Analyst.

The aims of the project are:

– deliver new external websites with a new look and feel by using the new CMS called AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), in the nutshell it is about a building new external web portal;

– deliver new search functionality working on those external websites: integrate AEM with Search Engine Elastic Search and implement filtering and other search enhancements required by users;

– improve CX experience by our users (Web visitors).

Your role:

identifying and elaborating user and business needs to enable effective design, development and testing of services and business change;managing product requirements through the whole delivery lifecycle and ensuring these can be traced through design, build, test and release;understanding the capabilities of the IT systems and working with developers to determine the technical considerations for implementing new features;collaborating with the UI/UX team to understand how requirements map to user interfaces;defining and testing business processes for using the digital product.

Your skills & experience:

fluent English;knowledge of Agile methodology and/or experience working in an Agile project deliveryteam;deep knowledge of AEM solution;experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and user acceptance tests;experience with business process mapping and writing user journeys;experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence to capture user requirements;a high level understanding of digital delivery and the software development lifecycle;excellent communication and presentation skills;Polish citizenship.
