What you’ll do:Data Integration & ManagementDesign, build, and manage data pipelines that gather and store data from multiple sources (cloud, on-premises databases, etc.).Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to cleanse, transform, and load data into data warehouses or other storage systems.Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of data systems, including data quality, validation, and governance.Implement data security and privacy standards across all data platforms.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable business outcomes.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.Collaborate with business units to define key metrics and build models that predict future trends and outcomes.Solution Development & DeploymentDesign and develop data solutions, including databases, data lakes, and data warehouses, that support business analytics and reporting needs.Establish and enforce data architecture and design standards for software, systems, and applications to ensure data consistency and quality.Collaborate with software engineers and other IT professionals to integrate data solutions into enterprise applications.Technical Tooling & AutomationLeverage AI, machine learning, and big data techniques to automate data collection, cleansing, transformation, and storage processes.Develop and implement automated processes for data validation, monitoring, and maintenance.Use programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) to build custom data solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration & LeadershipLead cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Educate and guide stakeholders on the use of data analytics tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data solutions meet both technical and business requirements.Continuous Improvement & InnovationConduct root cause analysis on data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.Stay updated on the latest trends in data engineering, analytics, and data science to continually enhance data capabilities.Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to solve business problems and improve data operations.Documentation & SupportDocument all data processes, architectures, and solutions to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer.Provide ongoing support for data systems, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring continuous operation.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on business processes, data flows, and data models.

What you’ll need:Proficient in data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle), and cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, BigQuery).Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and stream processing systems (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and building executive dashboards.Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for diverse audiences.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion.Familiarity with data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Nice to have: Experience with machine learning, AI, and big data techniques.Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and distributed systems.Familiarity with BI tools and data warehousing solutions.Operational experience in business analytics and data-driven decision-making.Experience with agile methodologies and user-centered design processes.Understanding of enterprise data governance and security frameworks.
