Overview: We are hiring a Program Manager IV to lead high-impact, company-wide strategic initiatives that inspire innovation and recognize excellence through employee award programs. Reporting to the Awards Staff Offering Business Operations Manager, you will partner with executives and teams to drive submissions, evaluate achievements, and create compelling narratives that influence organizational culture and inspire behavior change.This role demands strategic thinking, deep business and product knowledge, strong storytelling, and leadership evaluation capabilities to support continuous innovation and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full lifecycle of company award programs, including submissions, reviews, and recognition events.Develop strategic research plans to evaluate projects, leadership behaviors, and business outcomes.Craft data-backed business cases and compelling narratives for executive leadership and company stakeholders.Create and manage scalable, repeatable processes for award submissions and evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, employees, and senior leaders to solicit input, track progress, and drive program success.Build evaluation rubrics to assess leadership effectiveness, team performance, and innovation contributions.Influence through data-driven storytelling and articulate strategy impact to leadership teams.
Qualifications:7+ years of experience in program management, product management, strategy development, or investigative journalism within the software or technology sector.Proven ability to craft compelling, data-backed business cases and lead strategic programs.Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in process design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.Experience evaluating leadership behaviors and implementing change management initiatives.Familiarity with Customer Driven Innovation or Design for Delight (D4D) techniques is a plus.Prior experience with Intuit is highly preferred.
