My team is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Motorway Pay, our innovative payment solution that’s transforming how cars are bought and sold. We’re a dynamic and driven team, passionate about delivering a seamless experience for our clients and playing a key role in the growth of Motorway. About The Role
I’m searching for a highly motivated Client Onboarding Analyst to join my team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients to Motorway Pay, enabling them to seamlessly integrate our service into their operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the client experience and contribute to the evolution of our payment capabilities. In this role, you will:
Manage a portfolio of client onboarding cases, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Motorway Pay.Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Review and authorise user access, maintaining the security and integrity of Motorway Pay.Investigate and validate information from clients and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries and facilitate successful onboarding.Review and approve client applications for the wider Motorway platform.Troubleshoot issues related to CDD/KYC checks, ensuring a seamless process.Support the administration of our payment capability, contributing to efficient and secure operations.
About You
Experience operating in a compliance role and/or regulated environment.Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of KYC/CDD.A strong attention to detail and a task-oriented approach.A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.An inquisitive mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
