What You Will Do

Predominantly working with Version 1 Customers and the ServiceNow instance(s) we are managing on their behalf;

To be conversant with the ServiceNow instance and architecture of the environmentMaintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processesAddressing incidents, requests and platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development
