We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Compensation for a one-month role, likely extendable, to assist our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hybrid position needs someone who can analyze and interpret compensation data to facilitate informed decision-making while aligning with organizational objectives and market standards.

Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze compensation data to support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structures.Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation trends and employee pay equity.Assist in the design and implementation of compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.Collaborate with HR and finance teams to analyze the financial impact of compensation decisions.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to optimize compensation processes and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, with a specific focus on compensation and salary structures.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Knowledge of compensation frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
