About Our Client: Our client is a global leader in the semiconductor communications space, pioneering advancements in technology and connectivity. They’re now looking for an experienced Technical Lead ATE Development
Engineer to take charge of their ATE (Automated Test Equipment) development and maintenance while leading a growing, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ATE systems and tools.Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet project goals.Drive team growth, recruitment, and provide oversight
to junior team members.Develop calibration tools and write efficient code to support testing needs.Manage testing, reporting, and GUI systems for validation and release processes.Continuously improve ATE systems to optimize
performance and reliability.
Key Requirements:

Strong programming skills in Python and C++ for developing test systems.Solid understanding of ATE implementation, RF evaluation, and modeling techniques.Proven leadership
skills with a background in team management and project oversight.Hands-on experience in LTE, NB-IoT, and 5G testing environments.Familiarity with diagnostics, bench equipment, and performance optimization.
