What We’re Looking For:A strong understanding of contractual terms and the ability to negotiate legal terms independently.Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and drafting skills.Exceptional client service and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex terms.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively within a team.✔️ Preferred: Legal degree or Paralegal Certification.

salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hourshift: First work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Efficiently review, draft, and negotiate contracts from a commercial standpoint in partnership with legal counsel. Interpret contract terms and educate stakeholders on legal obligations, risks, and requirements in a clear, concise manner. Identify and escalate areas of risk—such as information security, intellectual property, financial, and privacy concerns—to the appropriate stakeholders. Follow established contracting processes and maintain accuracy and timeliness in negotiations. Build strong relationships with business units, partners, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth contract execution. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
