We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator with exceptional communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will welcome patients and visitors to various departments around the Medical Centre and undertake administrative and clerical duties including main Reception and our Outpatients Department.
This is a bank role and is therefore a zero hour contract covering absence and fluctuating patient volumes.
Role Responsibilities Include
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
Welcome all patients, and visitors, to the Centre and provide direction to relevant departments.Respond appropriately to telephone and email enquiries.Ensure that patient correspondence is dealt with appropriately and in accordance with service quality standards including GDPR.Manage patient appointments, ensuring patient records are accurate
Essential
Person Specification:
Previous experience within a high-end hospitality or administration environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skillsGood IT skills including Word and Excel
Desirable
Previous experience as an administrator in a clinical environment.
