Job Summary:Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and developing reports and dashboards for internal CRS customers. This role requires expertise in Tableau, SQL proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal users to define and document reporting requirements.Work with client relationship managers to validate report requirements and ensure data accuracy.Design and develop interactive
dashboards and reports to support decision-making.Provide expert guidance on best practices for dashboard and report development.Analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights for management.Coordinate
with internal CRS teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience in Tableau Dashboard Development.Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language
(SQL) for data manipulation and analysis.Solid understanding of data visualization and dashboard/report design principles.Experience with data integration, IWMS software, or Archibus.
