Job Overview

logoThe Software Engineer II will report to Director of Software Engineering in the Technology Department. This role is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
You will bring relevant experience with Exchange Manager, front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You will also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions working alongside a team of experienced developer leaders. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full
software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

This role will closely work with the business and the Integration Solution Architect to understand our needs and will be responsible for developing
integrations that are robust and scalable solutions to meet our internal client and external partner needs. This role will also leverage knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure stack and HubSpot CRM APIs. The incumbent
must be creative, client focused, solutions-driven, organized, and have exceptional communication skills. You will have relevant experience with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party
libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Work with development teams (including offshore contractors) and product managers to ideate software solutionsDevelop visually
appealing front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end codeDesign user interactions on web pagesDevelop functional databases, applications, and servers to support
websites on the back endImplement mobile responsive designsDevelop and design RESTful API services in adherence to best practices and standardsStay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languagesEnsure
that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.Keep job knowledge up-to-date by studying new development
