Job Overview

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

Implement efficient methods to gather data from multiple internal and external sources.Develop, maintain, and optimize databases, data pipelines, and data visualization tools.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in accordance with company protocols.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Review and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess initiative effectiveness.Design and implement data-driven strategies to support business goals and improve processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.Assist teams in defining reporting requirements and refining data reporting criteria.Oversee and structure the reporting ecosystem, including data inputs, metadata, and security layers.

Training & Support

Educate end users on new dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools.Support internal data storage and reporting systems to ensure alignment with business needs

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.Recommend and implement improvements to analytics processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer science, or a related fieldHas at least 3 years of experience working as a data analystAbility to carefully analyze, model, and interpret dataStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise mannerAbility to analyze existing tools and databases to provide recommendationsExperience with handling statistics, large data sets, and databasesProficient with statistics and data sets.
