Our founders have built amazing companies like Flexport (:$10B), Yoshi (:$250M), and BuildZoom (:$200M) and we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst QA to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and quality of data by identifying errors. Your performance will be measured based on the number of errors you find, and bonus pay will be directly tied to this key performance indicator (KPI).

What We’re Looking For

Education and Experience:

No specific educational attainment needed, just the right attitude and skillsPrior experience as Quality Assurance Specialist or similarExperience dealing with US clientsExperience working for high-performing remote team a plus

Skills and Qualities:

Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsBasic understanding of Data Analysis

Work Requirements & Tools:

Reliable high speed internet connection (at least 50MBps)PC or laptop computer with at least a 10th gen core i3 processor or equivalent with at least 8GB of RAM (10th gen i5 processor or equivalent with 16GB RAM recommended)

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze data for errors and inconsistencies.Report errors and suggest corrective actions.Collaborate with the data team to ensure data accuracy.Maintain detailed records of errors found.Assess improvements, maintain roadmapSet/track KPIs, refine agile methods
