Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to support decision-making processes.Prepare, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including quota attainment, forecasting, budget control, and other relevant KPIs.Utilize SQL and PowerBI (if applicable) to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes.
Required Skills And Experience

Experience:2-5 years of related experience in data analysis, with a focus on sales operations analytics.Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

Technical Skills:Intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and interpret complex data.Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving business results.

Communication & Collaboration:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in sales operations, including quota management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial controlling.
