Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions
Promotes technical solutions from development to production environments following established processes.Participates in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups,
iteration planning, demos retrospectives, program increment planning, etc.Write code, test, and debug new software; Make enhancements to existing software from clear requirementsParticipate in code reviews and identify basic
issues or deviations from best practices.Develop knowledge of assigned solution, technologies, development processes and ecosystem.Build and maintain re-usable, scalable components, templates, and libraries for future projects.Test
and debug automation solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.Collaborate with other technology teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise applications and systems.
Additional Functions
Work within departments to oversee progress to processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.Work with Sales, Marketing, other internal Operations teams as needed.Influences and educates stakeholders
by prototyping, performing demos and promoting platform capabilities.Provide training and support to other engineers.Completes other assigned duties as requested.

technical concepts in simple termsWilling to participate in on-call processThis role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to three days per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.2+ years of non-internship related experienceExperience in software and application development with a basic understanding of .NET, C#,
JavaScript, React, and SQL Server, and skilled in Object-Oriented programming principles and practices.Basic experience with database technologies and the ability to write APIs, including API Development using .NET Core
and API Management Tools.Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Solid understanding of development processes and the full software development lifecycle; strong
knowledge of Agile methodologiesExcellent process orientation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to design effective business solutions.Experience generating and documenting
requirements and/or user stories and documenting work/code with process workflows, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
