The Data Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze raw data from various sourcesInterpret and analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityFilter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityCreate and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysisIdentify and recommend new opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and accurate reportingPresent information using data visualization techniquesFilter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsConduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issuesMonitor and audit data quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related fieldInternship or previous experience in a data analysis roleProficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis toolsProgramming skills in at least one language such as R or PythonFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with large data sets and databasesUnderstanding of data mining techniques and predictive modelingExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with data cleaning, aggregation, and visualizationDetail-oriented and proactive in identifying data issues and solving problemsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong business acumen and understanding of business operationsSolid understanding of statistical methods and conceptsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple priorities effectively
