Your role
Do you understand importance of data as a business driver? Are you passionate about data and analytics and their ability to drive productivity and efficiency? Are you a strategic thinker who can execute and drive change? Are you knowledgeable of Data Governance and Data Management? We’re looking for someone like that to be part of Chief Data Office and help streamline some key aspects of Data Management

You’ll:

Conduct thorough research, review, and analysis of existing data quality requirements and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current data quality processes Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop and prioritize new requirements to ensure the establishment of a controlled environment by implementing effective data management practices Work closely with the Wealth Management Americas Data Management team within Chief Data Office on key projects and initiatives Create and implement precise project plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gain domain knowledge and perform data analysis to understand the product/data flow Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and explore the application of machine learning algorithms to address data challenges Design, Develop and deploy ML algorithms in the cloud infrastructure Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems Utilize Databricks and Synapse for end-to-end ML workflows

Your team
You’ll be working in the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Office that leads implementation of the Data Management Policy and Framework at Wealth Management Americas. Our mission is to enable better analytics, reporting and business decisions by utilizing right data from the right source, available to the right people in the right way for the right reason. You will be working with the SMEs across business functions and technology to ensure critical data is managed according the Data Management Framework standards.

Your expertise

Two or more years of hands-on experience in working with data (Data Quality, Analytics etc.) Good understanding of Data Governance and how it can be applied to Data Analytics High proficiency with SQL, Python and ML frameworks Experience working with Data management tools such as Collibra, Informatica etc. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI Working knowledge on different kinds of databases including cloud Sound knowledge on Machine Learning algorithms and lifecycle Experience in generating PowerPoint decks and other documentation Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
