ConcertoCare is seeking a highly skilled Analyst with a focus on Business Insight, Data Analytics, and data product management to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights through Power BI, building and managing data product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and fostering collaboration across teams. Your primary focus will be on advancing ConcertoCare’s reporting, collaborating with a team of data analysts, and utilizing advanced visualization tools like Power BI to create compelling data dashboards, reports, and product roadmaps.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets. Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate key findings effectively.Define and prioritize the data product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Translate business needs into data product features and updates.Monitor and measure the success of data products to drive continuous improvement.Develop data products and solutions, providing valuable insights to organizational stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data product needs and deliver innovative solutions.Distill complex data analyses into clear and impactful narratives, supporting end users in understanding complex, nuanced topicsParticipate in ad hoc, often time-pressed analysis requests, working with stakeholders to deliver strategic value and aid in effective clinical and operational decision-making.Partner and collaborate with others on the Data Team, be it in a knowledge-sharing capacity or to tackle a task together.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in data analytics, data management, and data visualization in healthcare.2+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.Strong technical background in SQL, data analytics, data management, and visualization tools, focusing on health plan data. Experience with Python is a big plus.Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.Proven experience in building and maintaining product roadmaps.Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with a keen ability to present complex concepts in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and directed; able to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $85,000 to $95,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
