Requirement1–4 years of experience in data research, data ops, analytics, or a related roleBachelor’s degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plusAt least 1 year of people management or leadership experienceIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detailAbility to manage multiple data projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
