We are looking for a curious, adaptive and collaborative individual who loves coding, is excited about exploring technology, and has a passion for applying their love for technology to build people-centric ecosystems.
You are responsible for closely collaborating with stakeholders within Glow Worm, to identify and solve everyday problems using technology; keenly execution focused; curious about fundamentals of web development and stay updated about latest developments in tools and frameworks
We are a 100% remote organization. This is a remote role involving occasional travel; local, domestic and international. You could be based anywhere in India to apply and the role involves no relocation.

We are looking for candidates with: Strong proficiency in Javascript and Typescript ( ES6+ ) Strong proficiency in CSS and JSX (Knowledge and familiarity of Tailwind a plus ) Experience working with any one of the Web Frameworks ( React, Vue, Svelte ) and associated testing frameworks. Strong proficiency with databases (Postgres) and Git Deep Knowledge of NextJS, SSR and Server actions Ability to work effectively with multiple teams, while managing concrete timelines.
Preferred additional skills and qualifications that would support performance in the current role include:
Experience with Docker and build tools such as vite, webpack In depth Knowledge of any non-JS based language such as Python or GO Understanding ORMs and Databases Understanding integration with API from any major provider Knowledge of WebSockets and multiplayer experiences
