Job Overview
We are working with a rapidly growing e-Commerce scale-up, focused on revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge solutions. They are poised to triple in size over the next three years, and are now looking for a skilled and ambitious DevOps Engineer to lead and expand their team.
You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining their e-Commerce platform. You will be responsible for ensuring their infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient, utilizing your expertise in Azure and JavaScript to drive success.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and optimize deployment processes Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Frontend development opportunities in React
Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role Strong expertise in Azure cloud services Proficiency in JavaScript (ideally react) Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code (e.g., TerraForm, Ansible) Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
