The role is open in a hybrid model, with one day per week required in the office
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drive the DevOps function, ensuring seamless infrastructure delivery and CI/CD pipeline execution.Collaborate with architecture and application teams to align solutions with our strategic goals.Provide technical leadership, solve complex issues, and guide architecture discussions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal DevOps principles.Stay current on technology trends, particularly in cloud, security, and data privacy.
Qualifications6+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).Expertise in infrastructure (Linux, networking, cloud), service mesh, and monitoring tools.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Experience with payments business and cloud technologies is a plus.
