The part-time Email Developer will increase email marketing success by coding, building, and testing email communications. Currently, our visual design team is responsible for coding emails in COMET, inclusive of emails that are designed by implementation contractors, as they do not have access to our system. This role will free up a significant amount of time for our management and senior level graphic designers, allowing them to put their skills to better use.Responsibilities:Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code customer centric experiences for email.Develop/modify email templates.Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content.Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.Perform coding and database maintenance tasks as required.
