What project we have for you
The project is mainly focused on extending in-car Linux-based connectivity components for Wireless connectivity as well as customization and support of NetworkManager. The primary objectives are extension and support of in-car connectivity system for one of the most famous automotive OEM. Our team is working with a set of components of Wireless vehicle connectivity system and in-car communication, so position requires some background with WiFi technologies or automotive communication and diagnostic.
What you will doDesign, develop, support and test C++ applications and software components. Troubleshoot production issues. Focus on solving complex tasks in a simple way within given technologies. Write clean, efficient and well-documented code. Support of deployment and release processes.
What you need for thisDevelopment C/C++ components for automotive.Networking background, general understanding of networking on L2 – L5 levels. Experience with Wireless communication in Linux.Understanding of Linux TCP/IP stack. Expertise in Linux and embedded development, Inter-process communication. Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi security and firewall. Google test Will be a plus: Experience with Dbus IPC. Familiar with vehicle Diagnostic, UDS protocol. Experience with Yocto or buildroot.
