Position Overview:As the Multidisciplinary Engineering Project Manager, you will:Guide and inspire a team of 5-10 engineers across mechanical, electrical, software, and systems disciplines, fostering collaboration to develop innovative solutions.Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects for new product development and support, delivering technologies that drive global industry standards and enhance the quality and efficiency of products used worldwide.Develop and manage project plans, including risk registers, error budgets, and activities across large-scale and smaller custom projects.Collaborate with interdepartmental teams—manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and marketing—to ensure seamless project execution and successful product launches that meet the demands of global clients.Communicate project status and key product features to internal stakeholders and customers, reinforcing Agr International’s position as a trusted partner to leading global brands.
Candidate Profile:We are seeking a dynamic leader with:A Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Computer Engineering. Master’s degree is desirable.10+ years of technical engineering experience, with expertise in systems engineering and electromechanical product development.5+ years of project management experience, leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced product development environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.A proven ability to manage complex engineering projects, from concept to delivery, while meeting the demands of a global market.
